Unless a couple opts in for their embryos to continue being stored even when they die, they are to be discarded.
A couple may opt-in to an agreement on whether their frozen embryos can be used for surrogacy in the event one of them dies, otherwise they are to be discarded in such an event.
A couple may opt-in or opt-out at any time.
A couple may create their agreement or change it at any time as long as there is mutual agreement.
